Keith V. (Van) Gilbert

Vice President - Investment Services

Professional Profile

Van came to Wallstreet Texas in 2004 from The MONY Group. He began his career in the financial services field in 1996 as a Long-Term Care Insurance Specialist.

Van has adopted the Advice for LifeSM approach to help families financially prepare for the transitions that they will experience. Many of the transitions will be expected - some will not. Examples of these transitions are: getting married; having children; changing jobs; serious illness or injury; starting a business; divorce; retirement; selling a business; and legacy planning. Advice for LifeSM determines client needs and priorities first, before consideration is given to any type of financial or insurance product. This 'needs first' style is facilitated by our association with an independent broker/dealer that makes available a vast array of product solutions to fit a wide range of situations.

For complex situations, a team approach involving other professions could be in the best interest of the client. If so, Van partners with accountants, attorneys, third party administrators, and/or other professionals of the client's choosing, to provide the necessary expertise.
